Terms of Service

Effective September 26, 2026. These terms cover asoengine.app and the ASO Engine Mac app, operated by Maicol Cabreja in the United States. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ASO Engine. Contact support@asoengine.app with questions.

What ASO Engine provides

ASO Engine helps you research public App Store listings, keywords, competing apps, and observed search-result rankings. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. Access to third-party data can be delayed, limited, or unavailable.

Your use of the app

When a public Mac build is made available, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it for lawful research, including research for your own commercial apps. You may not resell access to ASO Engine, interfere with the service, overwhelm its research systems, or use it to violate applicable law or third-party rights. You remain responsible for the terms that apply to your own use of Apple and other third-party services.

Your research and local data

You choose the apps and terms you research and are responsible for the information you enter. Your tracked workspace is stored on your device; the shared research service receives the queries needed to return results as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential or personal information as a keyword.

Results and estimates

Public App Store information can change without notice and differ by country, time, and user. A displayed rank is a snapshot of returned search results, not a verified rank on every device. Popularity, difficulty, downloads, revenue, and other modeled values, when displayed, are estimates rather than official Apple metrics, audited sales, or promises of performance. Estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable, especially for niche or branded terms. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for spending, pricing, publishing, or other business decisions. Verify important decisions independently. See Data & estimates.

Third-party content

App names, artwork, screenshots, ratings, and other listing information belong to their respective owners. ASO Engine is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple or the apps shown. Links to outside services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Pricing and future subscriptions

No checkout or paid subscription is currently available through ASO Engine. If paid plans are introduced, the checkout will show the price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation rules, taxes, merchant of record, and any applicable refund terms before you pay. We will publish updated terms before charging anyone. These terms do not authorize a charge or start a subscription.

Updates and availability

We may release updates to fix problems or change features. You are responsible for using a compatible device and keeping your app current. We cannot guarantee continuous access to the website, research service, or third-party data sources. If you misuse the service, we may limit access to protect it and other users.

Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ASO Engine and its estimated figures are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular result. To that same extent, Maicol Cabreja and ASO Engine disclaim liability for decisions made or losses incurred in reliance on estimated figures, including lost revenue, advertising spend, ranking changes, and lost business opportunities, and for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ASO Engine changes. The current version and effective date will remain available here. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where required, we will give additional notice. Continuing to use ASO Engine after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
